Aquanaut is thrilled to team up with Indigo Divers in Albufeira so that we can now offer Aquanaut Instructor accompanied overseas completion of a number of courses, and long weekends away when you need a quick warm water dive fix. Even in the depth of winter, the water temperature is around 20 degrees!

Our first trip will be 24th – 27th February 2017. We then have a monthly trip planned throughout 2017.

These weekends are perfect if you want to:

  • complete your training in warm waters rather than the UK,
  • gain more diving experience, under the guidance of an Aquanaut Instructor, in warmer waters.
  • Just escape diving for a quick weekend at low cost

Diving in Albufeira is incredibly varied with lots of wildlife, some great wrecks and good visibility. We may even be able to get out to Ocean Revival. Indigo Divers are a 5* IDC Centre, are British owned and have a Course Director in house. Like Aquanaut, much of their hire kit is Aqualung and of a very high standard.

On these weekends we can offer the following courses:

  • Open Water completion dives
  • Advanced Open Water
  • Rescue Scenarios
  • Deep Speciality
  • Wreck Speciality
  • Underwater Photography Speciality
  • Peak Performance Buoyancy Speciality
  • Sidemount Speciality
  • Boat Diver Speciality
  • Full Face Mask Speciality
  • SMB Speciality

Accommodation would be in a local apartment, and is only about 20 minutes from Faro Airport.

Therefore, based on 3 divers, your complete Open Water with Portugal completion would only cost £635 + flight & transfers (includes instruction, crew pack, 4 boat dives, accommodation, kit hire, certification on completion)

We have packages we can put together for all scenarios, so let us know what you would like to do diving wise and we will make it happen for you!
